The time-sheet is the heart of PET. It allows team members on a daily basis to record how much time they have spent on various tasks.

Times are entered in minutes (or hours and minutes) eg 30 is 30 minutes and 1:20' is one hour and twenty minutes. The subtask field allows the user to record specific activities under the task. Once a subtask has been created an AJAX drop-down menu will appear beneath the subtask field as you start typing allowing you to reuse existing subtasks. The + on the far left allows a task to be cloned and added to the bottom of the time-sheet.

The Now button updates the time-sheet line - adding the number of minutes from when it was created start to the current time.

At the bottom of the time-sheet screen is a list of all the user's current tasks which time may be booked against. This includes both tracked and untracked tasks.

Clicking Add creates a new time-sheet line with the default number of minutes assigned to it (in this case 15). Clicking start adds a line with zero minutes, which can be updated later by clicking Now.
