Project Estimate Tracker
From Shadowfax

Background
Project Estimate Tracker (PET) is an open-source project-tracking and time-sheet program for small teams. It was initially developed to keep my boss happy. It provided me with a way of recording my staff's estimates of task completion dates, and monitoring how they changed over time. Shortly after that I was also asked to start collecting time-sheets. Having a quick look at the market I realised that there are a lot of time-tracking tools, but most were either expensive, not terribly friendly, or single user. So I added time-sheeting in to PET.
I've always intended to open-source the project. Having now rolled it out to other teams in my company I feel that the time is right. So here it is!
